近日，GENMA在國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略布局中再次發(fā)力，成功獲得拉美客戶一臺(tái)600噸/小時(shí)埋刮板卸船機(jī)訂單。新接訂單產(chǎn)品將由子公司潤(rùn)邦重機(jī)生產(chǎn)制造。

      該訂單產(chǎn)品額定作業(yè)效率600噸/小時(shí)，最大作業(yè)效率可達(dá)660噸/小時(shí)，主要用于客戶碼頭糧食裝卸作業(yè)。設(shè)備通過(guò)連續(xù)可調(diào)節(jié)的刮板運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)行物料輸送，同時(shí)支持卡車裝載與皮帶機(jī)卸載兩種作業(yè)模式的快速切換，靈活適應(yīng)不同工況需求。此外，該訂單產(chǎn)品還特別配備了專為裝載卡車設(shè)計(jì)的無(wú)塵伸縮溜桶，有效遏制作業(yè)過(guò)程中的粉塵外溢，助力客戶碼頭實(shí)現(xiàn)高效、環(huán)保的生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)。

Recently, GENMA makes another push in the strategic deployment of its internationalization by successfully securing an order for one 600-ton/hour scraper ship-unloader from a customer in the Latin America. The newly acquired equipment will be manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd.

The ordered ship-unloader boasts a rated operational efficiency of 600 tons per hour, with a maximum capacity of up to 660 tons per hour, primarily designed for grain handling operations at the customer's port. The device utilizes continuous and adjustable scraper conveying for material transportation, while supporting rapid switching between truck loading and belt conveyor unloading modes to flexibly adapt to varying operational requirements. Additionally, the equipment is specially equipped with a dust-free telescopic chute designed for truck loading, effectively curbing dust dispersion during operations and helping the customer achieve high efficiency, eco-friendly production goals at their port.

The successful signing of this order marks the entry of domestically produced scraper ship-unloader into the overseas market.
